Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Here’s a fun, healthy appetizer for your next cookout! This comes from my dear friend Dotti who brought it to my last party.

I always get stuck on appetizers and usually make the same old, same old…

I was thrilled when she walked in with this…it was so pretty!

Make your own cinnamon chips – simply cut a flour tortilla (I like the whole wheat ones) into pie shapes, spray with PAM and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 5 minutes until crispy.

The salsa is bright and colorful!

Apples, kiwis, strawberries and orange zest complimented with apple jelly, orange juice and brown sugar.

With summer as hot as it is right now, your guests will appreciate a light, refreshing appetizer!
