Easy Waffles

So easy to make! What a way to make your morning special!
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or more, if you like a sweeter waffle)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups warm milk
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
  4. In a blender, beat the eggs until frothy.
  5. Add milk, butter and vanilla - blend at a lower speed until blended.
  6. At a lower speed on the blender, add flour mixture until combined.
  7. Ladle the batter onto a preheated waffle iron.
  8. Cook until the waffles are golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately.
