Mini Caprese Salad

A mini version of the traditional Caprese Salad...smaller bites and lighter dressing!
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ cup pearl sized mozzarella balls
  • ¼ cup basil leaves, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper.
  1. Combine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. Combine tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves.
  4. Toss with dressing.
