Pizza Balls

So easy to make and so fun to eat! Great for parties, appetizers and kid's lunches!
  • Prepared pizza dough - enough for two pizzas
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 48 slices pepperoni
  • olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza sauce or Marinara sauce, heated
  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. Spray 3 9-inch pie pans or two 8 x 8 baking pans with cooking spray.
  3. On lightly floured surface, roll out one pizza crust and pat into 12x8 rectangle. Cut into 24 squares. Or you can pinch bits of dough out and flatten with your hand.
  4. Place two pepperoni slices and one to two cubes of cheese on each dough square.
  5. Wrap dough around, pinching to seal.
  6. Place in pans, seamside down.
  7. Brush oil olive over rolls and top with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with warmed pizza or marinara sauce.
